San Diego, CA (February 9, 2012) — It’s that time of year again where the growing regions of bananas – from Mexico down to South America – start to experience a decline in production due to the seasonal drop in temperature. The Ecuadorian farms are delivering a steady supply, but shipments take longer to reach their destination due to the distance traveled.
