Fresh, Clean Well Water

We’re drilling a new well this week on our farms in Mexico. This may not seem like a project worth mentioning, but in the process of growing organic bananas, it’s important to look at the healthiest input for cultivation.

Bananas are grown in tropical areas, and like most areas, we have available river water that can be used for irrigation and washing. We find the pure water from our underground sources to be cleaner and healthier for the growing process, the washing of the bananas, and the well-being of our workers.

It’s just another way that we make our organic bananas the most sustainable source of fresh nutrition available in the markets of the US.
