Banana-Chocolate Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into slices
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon hot chocolate mix (without marshmallows)
  • 2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  1. When a banana starts to over ripen, slice it into rounds, put it in a ziplock bag and throw it in the freezer
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Simple as that
  5. Enjoy!
