Frozen Organic Banana Protein Shake
After a good workout it’s always best to take down some protein and healthy carbs to refuel the body. This organic banana protein shake will do just the trick!
Instructions:
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3 small-medium frozen bananas, chopped
- 1/4 cup hemp protein powder
- 2 tablespoons gently heaping hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw carob
Blend everything until smooth and enjoy your frosty treat.
Check out these great variations as well:
- You could replace the raw carob with raw chocolate
- Add 2 tablespoons of raw almond butter to make it even richer
- Adding cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice for a little extra flare results in good times
- If you don’t have frozen bananas, you can use ice and fresh bananas
- Add chia seeds for even more omegas, although the hemp’s got you covered
