Frozen Organic Banana Protein Shake

After a good workout it’s always best to take down some protein and healthy carbs to refuel the body. This organic banana protein shake will do just the trick!

Instructions:

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 3 small-medium frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hemp protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons gently heaping hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw carob

Blend everything until smooth and enjoy your frosty treat.

Check out these great variations as well: 

  • You could replace the raw carob with raw chocolate
  • Add 2 tablespoons of raw almond butter to make it even richer
  • Adding cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice for a little extra flare results in good times
  • If you don’t have frozen bananas, you can use ice and fresh bananas
  • Add chia seeds for even more omegas, although the hemp’s got you covered
