Recipe: Gluten-free Banana Peanut Butter Brownies

Rich, soft and chocolaty, this brownie makes a delectable dessert guaranteed to have you savoring each bite. Best of all? You’re likely to have all the ingredients in your pantry already! Easy and fun, this grain-free and gluten-free delight melds the delicious flavor of bananas in every square.


  • 3 medium bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 packets of stevia *
  • 1/2 c. chocolate morsels *

*optional ingredient

Makes 16 servings


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Using a food processor, combine the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and stevia into the bowl
  3. Mix until smooth, periodically scrape down sides as needed
  4. Pour batter into a buttered 8×8 baking dish
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently mix them into batter
  6. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
  7. Cool before serving
