Recipe: Gluten-free Banana Peanut Butter Brownies
Rich, soft and chocolaty, this brownie makes a delectable dessert guaranteed to have you savoring each bite. Best of all? You’re likely to have all the ingredients in your pantry already! Easy and fun, this grain-free and gluten-free delight melds the delicious flavor of bananas in every square.
Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 packets of stevia *
- 1/2 c. chocolate morsels *
*optional ingredient
Makes 16 servings
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Using a food processor, combine the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and stevia into the bowl
- Mix until smooth, periodically scrape down sides as needed
- Pour batter into a buttered 8×8 baking dish
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently mix them into batter
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
- Cool before serving
