Recipe: PB & J with Banana and Granola Wrap
Peanut Butter Lovers day is tomorrow, March 1, and what better way to celebrate than with a PB & J with Banana and Granola Wrap. This is the perfect way to start off your day for breakfast, or as a refreshing lunch, or even a light dinner. The richness of the peanut butter, the crunch of the granola, and the sweetness of the fruit all combine to make the perfect harmony of food.
PB & J with Banana and Granola Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 Tortilla (type is up to your preference)
- 1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 Tbs sugar-free jam
- 2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 Tbs low fat granola
Instructions:
- Spread peanut butter evenly over entire tortilla
- On one rounded end, spread jam
- Layer strawberry, banana and granola
- Roll, cut and enjoy!
