Recipe PB and J with Banana and Granola Wrap

Peanut Butter Lovers day is tomorrow, March 1, and what better way to  celebrate than with a PB & J with Banana and Granola Wrap. This is the perfect way to start off your day for breakfast, or as a refreshing lunch, or even a light dinner. The richness of the peanut butter, the crunch of the granola, and the sweetness of the fruit all combine to make the perfect harmony of food.

PB & J with Banana and Granola Wrap


  • 1 Tortilla (type is up to your preference)
  • 1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs sugar-free jam
  • 2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 Tbs low fat granola


  1. Spread peanut butter evenly over entire tortilla
  2. On one rounded end, spread jam
  3. Layer strawberry, banana and granola
  4. Roll, cut and enjoy!
