Banana Ice Cream

We all scream for ice cream during the summer. Try this flavorful banana, honey, and peanut butter ice cream to cool off and please your taste buds.  This recipe is very simple if you have a food processor.

Banana, Honey, and Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Serves: 1


  • 1 large, slightly over-ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Peel banana
  2. Slice it into about ten chunks
  3. Freeze the chunks
  4. Once frozen, put them in a food processor with peanut butter and honey
  5. Puree until creamy, like soft serve ice cream, stopping the processor to scrape the sides when necessary
