Recipe: Peach-Banana Smoothie Popsicles

Summer is in full effect, and one way to beat the heat is with a tasty, cold treat. Featuring two fruits and non-fat Greek yogurt, these popsicles provide plenty of protein, potassium and good sugar to keep you satiated and full of energy. Try one as a snack, or as a refreshing on-the-go breakfast.


  1. 3 medium ripe peaches, pitted and quartered (with or without peel)
  2. 1 medium banana
  3. 1 Cup Chobani non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  4. ½ Cup low-fat milk
  5. 3 Tbsp. honey
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  7. ¼ tsp. ground allspice


  1. Using a blender, mix all ingredients together until smooth
  2. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze. (If you don’t have molds, you can use ice cube trays or small paper cups. Then, when the mixture is slightly frozen, place popsicle sticks or plastic spoons into each serving and return to the freezer)
  3. Remove popsicles from the molds, serve and enjoy!
