Organics Unlimited and GROW Visit PMA Fresh Summit

This past weekend, Organics Unlimited joined thousands of other produce and floral aficionados at the Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit 2016, an annual trade show for all things produce-related. For this year’s show, Organics Unlimited traveled to Orlando, Florida, where they joined a record number of participants; over 28,000 attendees and more than 11,000 exhibitors!

Although the exhibition hall was very busy, there was plenty of time to reunite with long-time customers, introduce ourselves to new ones and greet media representatives. Mayra Velazquez de Leon, President and CEO of Organics Unlimited, was at the booth to answer questions about the delicious organic bananas grown by Organics Unlimited, and to talk about the ethical farming practices which promote sustainability for the environment and her commitment and responsibility to the communities surrounding banana growing regions in Mexico and Ecuador.

At PMA Fresh Summit, Organics Unlimited announced some very exciting company and product updates, including new packaging, an updated look and messaging. Debuting a new booth at the show, Organics Unlimited and GROW by Organics Unlimited also showcased their new product boxes, updated logo, banana stickers and more. This was especially wonderful as it not only allowed participants to see the updated brand look, but also built up excitement for the new website recently launched by Organics Unlimited and GROW.

A “thank you” goes out to everyone that participated in PMA Fresh Summit 2016 and helped to make this a great event, and to all who stopped by to say hello. Next year’s show will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana. From everyone at Organics Unlimited, we hope you will be there, and we hope you come by to visit the Organics Unlimited and GROW booth!
