Recipe: Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake

Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 medium organic fuji apple, roughly chopped
- 1 cup vanilla hemp milk (or soy or almond milk)
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana (use all frozen banana for a more thick “milkshake” like texture)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup additional frozen banana (optional for a thicker texture)
- 1/4 cup ice
Instructions:
- Blend in a high speed blender and serve.
