San Diego - One lucky and diligent retailer and their wholesale supplier will be making a trip to sunny Mexico in February 2007 compliments of Organics Unlimited. In a retailer promotion, entitled "Go Bananas," that runs from September 1 through December 31, Organics Unlimited is looking for the retailer that can sell the most GROW bananas.

"We really want to encourage the growth of the GROW Foundation," says Organics Unlimited president, Mayra Velazquez de Leon. GROW, an acronym for Giving Resources and Opportunities to Workers, is already funding beneficial educational programs for workers and their families in Mexico. Through a small per box surcharge, the purchase of GROW bananas has quickly expanded the funds that are going directly to programs in the areas where the bananas are grown.

The top GROW retailer will receive an all expense paid trip for two to the banana plantations, see the work that is being done with the GROW funds, and then go on to relax on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta for three days. In addition to the retailer and guest, the distributor and guest will also be joining the trip to enjoy the Mexican hospitality.
